This beautiful barn conversion is set on private farmland just outside the small village of Bancyffordd. Llandysul can be reached in just under 4 miles which offers a selection of shops and local pubs or head into Newcastle Emlyn in just 8 miles. Newcastle Emlyn is one of the oldest market towns in Wales and offers a wide variety of independent shops, bars, and restaurants, plus there's a traditional market in town every Friday. Cenarth Falls is a must visit in the area too which is reachable in just under 11 miles. There is plenty of countryside and local walks to explore from your doorstep but, if you fancy a day at the seaside, head for the beautiful Cardigan Bay coast. Aberporth beach, split into two sections with half being dog friendly all year round, can be reached in 15 miles. Or, head to the ever popular New Quay for a day out and enjoy some fish and chips or ice cream on the harbour wall dolphins can often be spotted in the bay.
