This is the perfect property for a fun family holiday, with Burry Port’s shops, pubs, harbour and fine sandy beach within easy reach. Step into the hallway, which leads into the light and welcoming sitting room with comfy leather settees; there’s also a cosy dining area and a warming electric fire to snuggle up in front of after a breezy day on the beach. You will catch a peek of the kitchen through a glass panel, allowing in extra light, and be delighted with its space and bright contemporary fittings. The bathroom completes the ground floor accommodation, whilst on the first floor are two charming bedrooms. Everyone can spend time in the enclosed rear patio garden, divided by a gated fence, where outdoor meals and relaxing drinks are sure to complement sunny afternoons. Head to the harbour, which is just half a mile away, to sit and watch the boating activity, or wander along the bright sandy beach, stopping to make a few sandcastles with the little ones. It is central to everything but still out of the way. The enclosed garden was perfect for our furry companion and the fire was perfect at night to warm us up. The bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept on.
