Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches like welcome baskets and the friendly, helpful hosts. The property boasts stunning views, with easy access to walks and local amenities, making it a gem for both families and their pets.

The cottage consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews noting its spotless condition. One mention of flies, however, prevents a perfect score.

The location is highly praised for its tranquility and proximity to walks and amenities. However, one review mentioned a building site impacting the view, slightly lowering the score.

Guests find the cottage comfortable, with special mentions of the beds and warm atmosphere. A few comments about difficult-to-use underfloor heating and soft furniture slightly affect the score.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with the cottage being well-equipped. However, there are a few isolated issues with heating control and a mention of a building site, indicating some room for improvement.

Many guests mention and appreciate the welcome baskets and additional touches like fresh flowers. It is noted that such gifts enhance the experience, though they are not guaranteed for every stay.
