Set the table for four or carry your plates into the spacious, multi-level garden with outdoor seating and plenty of lawn space for picnics! This private outdoor sanctuary also hosts a shed for storing bikes and walking gear. As the evening cools, find two cushioned sofas to sink into and host a movie marathon on the Smart TV and light the woodburning stove for extra warmth on colder nights. The utility hosts a dishwasher, freezer, and a washing machine, so sandy towels and bathing suits can be sorted ready for tomorrow's adventures. Upstairs, freshen up before bed in the family bathroom with a bath, shower over, and heated rail to keep your towel fluffy and warm. Black Rock Sands offers a large, sandy beach, well-worth a visit on your way to Porthmadog; discover local history at the Maritime Museum, stroll along the harbour, and why not hop on the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railways? The steam train runs through 14 miles of countryside and woodlands for an unforgettable train journey! The iconic, Italian-style village of Portmeirion is also close by to admire the quirky architecture, stop off in a quaint tearoom or wander the surrounding woodland and grounds.
