Adjoining this and providing access to the garden is the utility room, a welcome addition as it provides a washing machine and a tumble dryer, perfect for longer stays so you can cut down on packing. A Smart TV rests in the sitting room in front of a charming arrangement of soft seating, a spot will you be looking forward to winding down in at the end of the day and adding a homely touch is the woodburning stove set within the traditional fireplace. Relax in the conservatory with breakfast and a coffee to wake up with the rest of the world while still within the warmth of the indoors, you can open up the doors to the garden in summer months for children to be in and out of. As well as a cloakroom, the ground floor also benefits from a double bedroom; take a step down into this delightful spot, it has patio doors that open out onto the drive so you can wake up to a fresh sea breeze coming in. Criccieth Castle is a great one to explore, it offers wonderful views over Tremadog Bay and built in the 13th century it is a longstanding piece of the history of this town. Only feedback, which apparently has been fed back numerous times since 2020 according to the visitor book, is to fit curtains in bedrooms instead of venetian blinds.
