This needs to be fully explained in the property details.

We were a bit worried about proximity to road but it wasn’t a problem. Seems a bit odd though that you have to be out by 9.00 am - a hangover from Covid? No sign of cleaners when we scrambled out at 9.04!

Floorboards upstairs could do with screwing down to stop them creaking especially when you use the toilet in the middle of the night to the anoiance of other people especially when you are a certain age and need to use the loo. Upstairs toilet had wet urine stains around the base.
