Upstairs there is a spacious family bathroom with bath and a separate walk-in shower cubicle, and the three bedrooms, all tastefully styled and with good quality, comfy beds will ensure you have a good night’s sleep. Two of the bedrooms have the added benefit of zip/link, super king-size beds which lends the property to some flexible sleeping arrangements and the master bedroom also enjoys wonderful countryside and hillside scenery, an adjoining cot room and a modern en-suite shower room. Outside, a blocked paved patio area enjoys a sunny aspect, ideal for enjoying alfresco dining in this wonderful area of Snowdonia or simply enjoy a morning cup of tea whilst planning the day ahead. This wonderful property offers a great base from which to explore the local area, visiting the nearby towns of Bangor and Caernarfon with its majestic heritage castle, Llanberis which is the gateway to the peak of Snowdon, or the popular mile-long zip wire at Bethesda. There is so much to see and do with the choice of outdoor activities on offer in this area, and then enjoy returning to the comfort of this delightful property at the end of a busy day.

Llanberis is flanked by two lakes, Llyn Padarn and Llyn Peris and is one of the most popular mountain tourist centres in the Snowdonia National Park. The village offers a selection of shops and pubs and just seven miles away is Caernarfon, and the National Trust properties at Penrhyn and Plas Newydd are nearby.
