The beds are comfy and the kitchen well equipped.Location is excellent,a short walk into Abersoch. Disappointed that there were no bin bags in the bins on arrival, this would’ve been nice until we managed to get some. Info stated no need to leave bins out for collection but consequently they weren’t emptied. It appears that the previous occupants recycling wasn’t emptied either. I may have missed it but also info didn’t state we needed to bring towels. Could you also include the hot water switch in the info?We didn’t find it until after a cold shower! When we did find it the hot water was plentiful. None of these comments are criticism but feel it would be useful for future holiday makers.

We had a few issues that I wouldn't have expected for the price of the holiday but these didn't spoil our time away. The highchair was filthy on arrival and when we went to use the bbq that hadn't been cleaned either. The shower drain on the top floor was blocked and I had to buy some drain unblocker so that we could use it. I'm not sure why the cleaner couldn't have sorted this out prior to our arrival as it was clearly a problem.

Cutlery & plates had food on. Showers were blocked. Staples on stairs. Fridge full of water & house smelt of bad drains! Rug in lounge was not hoovered well & covered in dog hair. I had to clean before I unpacked. Location was perfect. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for the 6 of us. Sykes kept us informed and were helpful when I needed to be in touch.
