Modern and luxurious home with breath-taking sea views, located in a quiet residential area of Abersoch with the village's shops, restaurants and beach within walking distance.

In order full advantage of the outstanding sea views looking out towards St Tudwal's Island, this stylish A-frame house has been thoughtfully designed 'upside down', with the bedrooms and kitchen on the ground floor, and the living area on the first floor. Sit back and enjoy your peaceful surroundings from the large balcony or take a stroll into the centre of Abersoch with its wonderful selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. The sheltered beach is well-known for it's sailing and watersport conditions and is backed by a popular seafront golf course just 10 miniutes' walk from the property. 

Size: Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms.

Beds: 1 King, 1 Double, 2 Single

Rooms: Ground floor: Kitchen with breakfast bar, king bedroom with en suite shower room, double bedroom, twin bedroom and family bathroom. First Floor: Open-plan living/dining area with patio doors out onto south-facing balcony. 

Kitchen and utilities: Bright, well-equipped kitchen complete with oven, hob, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and breakfast bar with two bar stools.

Entertainment: Large Smart TV in living area and wall-mounted Smart TV's in each bedroom. Wi-Fi available.

For families: Travel cot, high chair and stairgate available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.

Outside: Generous south-facing glass balcony with rattan garden furniture, two sun loungers and far-reaching sea views over Abersoch, St Tudwal's island and out towards Snowdonia. Rear lawned garden with rotary washing line. Please note: this garden is not enclosed. 

General: Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, towels and 1 hairdryer provided. 

Pets: Sorry, no pets permitted at this property..

No smoking inside the cottage.

Parking: Driveway parking for 2 cars, 1 on the driveway and 1 to the side of the property

    The house is lovely, and in a handy location. On the whole the house was clean, and the views from the balcony are an added bonus.

    The property was beautifully presented and clean. It's in a great position with a wonderful view. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

    Sadly we had to wash the towels as they all smelled unpleasantly musty, we think maybe they were not aired properly before folding. We felt Abersoch Holiday homes check in and check out times , 5pm check in and 9am check out were unreasonable.
