The Tack Room in Abersoch is a well-received holiday cottage, praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and well-equipped facilities. Guests appreciate its proximity to the beach and the stunning views of Snowdonia. The property is described as homely and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing getaway. Some guests noted the quirky layout and the steep walk to the village, but these were minor points in otherwise positive feedback.
Guests consistently noted the property's cleanliness, describing it as 'comfy, clean', 'well presented', and 'super-clean'. The high level of cleanliness contributed significantly to the overall positive experience.
The location is generally well-regarded, with guests mentioning the 'walking distance to the beach', 'secluded location', and 'fantastic views'. However, some noted the steep walk to the village and the distance from amenities, which slightly affected the score.
The cottage is frequently described as comfortable and homely, with 'comfortable' beds and a 'sheltered rear patio'. The comfort of the property was a highlight for many guests, although one mentioned difficulty with the bunk bed room for older guests.
Facilities are praised as 'well equipped' with a 'really well equipped kitchen' and 'superb' shower. However, the layout with the shower and toilet being far from the bedrooms, and the restricted road access due to local work, slightly impacted the score.
While guests were pleased with the property, there were no specific mentions of gifts or extra thoughtful touches provided by the hosts. Therefore, it is not possible to assess this category.

This is a very comfortable, warm and super-clean cottage. Beautiful views over Snowdonia from some of the windows. The nearby beaches are lovely, but we hadn't realised quite how many caravan parks there were around Abersoch.

Shower absolutely superb though the layout did cause us a bit of head scratching, the shower and toilet being at opposite end of the cottage from the bedrooms. Again, not a holiday killer, just a little odd. Kitchen facilities excellent. Beds very comfortable. Rear patio very sheltered and very pleasant facing the setting sun even in October. Road access through the hamlet was unfortunately very restricted due to ongoing local building and services work. In fact a week later and the road would be closed completely... All in all it was very enjoyable.

The Tack Room is such a wonderful, well appointed cottage. We have been twice already and we are planning on coming back as soon as possible. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Incredible location and very peaceful.
