) - stains on walls, dirty skirting boards, some mould stains and water damage marks in the bathroom. The rug in the lounge is stained and the coffee table hadn't been hoovered under; the dining room table was very sticky and there were no basics such as a 2nd toilet brush, any toilet cleaner or any salt/pepper in the kitchen - all possible cooking equipments and utensils are on site though. The furniture was a bit shabby **however, and this cannot be stressed highly enough**....the furniture and beds were sooooo comfortable with ample clean bedding and additional pillows/blankets available. I'm a chronic insomniac and had 7 good night's sleep - so very dark and so very quiet! I'm disabled with a permanent boot and 2 crutches...I would say the property is wholly accessible, as is the garden. There's a small step up in the hall to the living area but my daughter and sister were there to help me, although I could mange it by myself if needed...anyone with a walker could probably manage with assistance. Everything else is on one level. As with previous reviews, the track to the property is extremely rutted and bumpy for the first 50yds but we managed it in a Skodi Yeti, and my sister in a Ford Focus, very slowly (worse going up than coming down) and as previously noted the state of the track is not the property owners fault. The garden is gorgeous with amazing views into the distance, watching the wildlife and birds....we had calves in the field surrounding the property for the whole week and they were entertainment in themselves! Ample outside chairs and you can follow the sun around the garden all day - the night sky, when clear, is absolutely breathtaking. The property is remote - Boncath has a small shop and is 2 mins away by car. Cenarth is 7-10mins away by car with pubs, a deli and lovely souvenir shop - the Falls car park is only £3 for all day too, with a good cafe on site. Newcastle Emlyn is about 10 mins away with a coffee shop, Boots, Co-op, Nisa and some takeaways, also a fantastic antique shop....a lovely place with lovely people. Overall I'd recommend this property as a place to stay if you want to be away from it all - you could arrive with food/drink/condiments and experience some peace and quiet, doing very little, except reading, watching the ever changing scenery/weather, the wildlife and listening to the silence for a whole week...you can hear the flapping of the kite's wings as they fly over, and the calves chewing their cud. All the photos are accurate and we hope to return next year for a proper holiday as we were there for a family funeral. Oh, and if you've never been to Wales before - at the time of writing petrol was anywhere between 6-15p cheaper per litre than here on the south coast. Food is much cheaper, both in pubs, cafes and supermarkets. Disabled facilities are fantastic - all the toilets were accessible, clean and some had showers and shower seats with adult changing facilities. All car parks were either free or very inexpensive (and still take cash!). The Welsh people were the friendliest of anywhere I've ever been, interested in where you're from, proud of their homeland and knowledgeable about where to go and what to do....writing this review I find I'm missing it already...and lastly, the bread, milk, butter, marmalade and cake were a very thoughtful arrival gift.

The bungalow and the surrounding area were both so peaceful.
