Enjoying an elevated position in the stunning seaside village of Little Haven, Oswald House is the perfect year-round holiday home for families of groups of friends and definitely has the wow factor.

Tucked away in the heart of this popular coastal village and just 350 yards from Little Haven's sandy cove, this stylish property has been well thought out and offers a high standard of accommodation. It is wonderfully spacious, including 3 sitting areas for different members of the family to enjoy.

Climb the 25 steps to the door of this relaxed coastal home set across 3 floors. From the moment you enter, there is a warm and welcoming feel throughout.

The big open plan kitchen/diner is the heart of the house. A bespoke kitchen awaits the budding chef with silica stone worktops and distressed wood cabinets adding to the stylish beach side feel. There is plenty of oven space and all the equipment you'll need to prepare a lovely holiday feast, including a separate wine fridge for drinks!!

Open the French doors from the kitchen/diner onto a large private decked terrace. The perfect vantage point to enjoy the distant sea views, be it a sunny breakfast or an early evening drink, whilst the steep terraced garden offers views over the village.

The snug sitting room is perfect for watching movies or relaxing on the sofa with a good book, snuggled in the glow of the wood burning stove.

There are five beautifully furnished bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. Each is individual in decor but all are to an exceptional standard, plush and stylish with lovely soft furnishings - perfect for a restful sleep at the end of a busy day exploring.

This house is a wonderful holiday retreat whatever the season! With the luxury of allocated parking you can come and go at ease whilst exploring some of the most beautiful scenery Pembrokeshire has to offer.

Master bedroom with Kingsize bed and en suite (shower, toilet and basin), french doors leading out on to the garden. 1 Double with Kingsize bed and en-suite (bath, shower over bath, toilet and basin). Both on 3rd floor.

On entrance 1st floor of property, 4 steps down, is a 1 Double with Superking bed and 1 Twin/Kingsize with (zip and link beds, please advise).

1 Twin on entrance floor of property with its own lounge area with 2 sofas, Smart TV with Blue Ray player, extensive selection of books/games and patio doors leading out to small raised decking area (unenclosed). Please note, use of the truckle beds in this Twin room is not permitted.

Family Bathroom on 1st floor with bath, shower over bath, heated towel rail and toilet.

Shower Room on 1st floor (4 steps down) with large shower, toilet, heated towel rail.

Wet Room with 2 x Showers on basement floor - perfect for those sandy toes after a day at the beach.

Grounds Very Steep unenclosed rear garden (Do take care - children must not be left unsupervised). Patio furniture outside the kitchen - perfect for enjoying day round sunshine.

There is an unenclosed steep banked garden, please ensure children are supervised at all times in the outside areas.

A refundable security deposit of £500 is required per booking for 4+ people. A refundable security deposit of £250 is required for bookings of 2-4 people.
