Enjoying a peaceful rural position, just 5 miles from lovely sandy beaches, this pretty, comfortably furnished detached stone cottage, converted from a cowshed, boasts excellent walking (via a public footpath across farmland) and bird-watching from the doorstep. With its own garden, it is set with three other properties around a courtyard, backed by the Preseli Mountains. There are over 700 holly trees in the grounds with red, yellow and black berries. Ty Bach has shared Wi-Fi that can be accessed in the yard outside (details can be found in the property). The property is adjacent to Y Bwthyn. The garden of the main house is the home of The National Holly Collection. Newport, with sailing, walking, shops and golf, is 4 miles. Fishguard 9 miles. Beach 4 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.

If you want a get away from it all break this is the place for you, there is limited WiFi and phone signal which didn't bother us, beautiful setting and area , close to coast

We loved the cottage and the location. The lower mark for comfort and equipment is because the washing was in a truly filthy outside cupboard in an out-building, and it was rusting. Also there were no towels provided which is something we’ve not encountered anywhere else before so this was disappointing and a little problematic. But overall a lovely peaceful hideaway in a beautiful place, and we had a great week. And the wood burner was just wonderful.

Location is great. Cottage itself is fine, if a little basic and in need of a makeover. The two key aspects that irk are: overbath shower is so weak as to be irrlevant, better just a bath but that wastes water..which is what we did; second is the lack of telephone or WiFi...outside in the garden is v poor and what if its raining? I couldn't get online at all at any time during our stay. Health and safety and emergencies might need at least a fixed phone line methinks?Overall a nice site and cottage but needs a bit of thought, makeover and some TLC to bring it up to speed for a 2021 level of provision.
