Located on the outskirts of Tenby where you can enjoy the peace and quiet from the busy seaside resort. Stroll into town to enjoy an excellent selection of bars, cafes, restaurants plus independent and high street stores giving you plenty to see and do come rain or shine. The South Beach is a large expanse of golden sand looking out towards Caldey Island where you can take a boat trip to enjoy its secluded beach or walk up to the well-known lighthouse taking in the amazing views. For the more energetic walk along the Pembrokeshire coast path which is 0.6 miles from the town itself and provides an array of walking routes. Tenby makes a delightful holiday location with both Saundersfoot (2.5 miles) and Pembroke (10 miles) nearby. Local attractions include Heatherton World of Activities, Manor Wildlife Park Oakwood Theme Park, Folly Farm and Dinosaur Park Tenby (all within 10 miles).
The property is well laid out and upon entering the front hall you will find the lounge with comfortable seating centred around an electric flame effect fire, a perfect place to curl up with the family in front of the Smart TV at night and stream your favourite movies or programmes. Glass sliding double doors open out to the rear lawned garden, a perfect place to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet with a cup of coffee in the mornings. Back in the entrance hallway is a corridor leading to three bedrooms; two doubles, one with an en-suite shower room and a twin room. The family bathroom completes the accommodation.

Perfect property which is well situated and within easy reach of many of Pembrokeshire’s attractions…. The beaches and the centre of Tenby with its many pubs and restaurants are in walking distance which was a major benefit for my family.
