As soon as we entered the accommodation we noticed how warm and clean it was. We left our luggage in one of the downstairs bedrooms and the headed up the stairs. The upper floor has a gorgeous open plan layout with a spacious living room at one end and a huge kitchen area at the other. The place was spotless and contained everything we needed for our stay. The owner, Mrs Nixon, came over to greet us and is very friendly. Situated in mid Wales, the barn is in the ideal spot for days out. We were lucky with the weather and went out everyday but we would have happily spent all day in the barn if it was raining. We were amazed at how quiet it was. The only sounds outside being the wildlife which includes a pair or Red Kites that sit in the trees opposite the barn. Great for wildlife photography. We have already booked to go back again in the summer and would thoroughly recommend it. 10/10

The barn itself is had everything needed for our stay, games, books , lots of information about the local area , with a lovely homemade cake on our arrival. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. Looking forward to returning .

On arrival, we were provided with a superb, freshly made cake which was a lovely and welcome surprise. Our hosts, Ceinwen and Geoffrey were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The holiday barn itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. You are surrounded by wonderful views and the peace and quiet of the countryside. There is plenty to see locally, with the quaint and fascinating Llandrindod Wells close by, the Kite Feeding Station at Rhayader and the Spaceguard Station at Knighton, just a few of the places we visited. A quick mention for the amazing hot tub which was really the icing on the cake for us! In conclusion, we would not hesitate in recommending a holiday at Brynhir Farm, a little piece of heaven to be sure.
