Guests say

Conquer Hall is consistently praised for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and welcoming atmosphere. Guests are delighted by the well-equipped kitchen, the luxurious hot tub, and the beautiful views. The property's peaceful location in Mid Wales is appreciated, as is the secure garden for pets. The hosts' attentiveness and thoughtful welcome gifts, such as hampers and flowers, add to the charm, although these are not guaranteed for every stay.

Reviewers frequently highlight the spotless condition of the cottage, indicating meticulous maintenance and attention to cleanliness. The property is described as pristine and extremely clean, contributing to a comfortable and inviting stay.

The property's location is praised for its picturesque views and tranquillity, with easy access to local amenities and attractions. While some guests desired more walks directly from the doorstep, the overall sentiment towards the location is very positive.

Guests find the cottage comfortable, with plenty of space, cosy furnishings, and a warm atmosphere. A few comments about soft or lumpy mattresses slightly affect the score, but overall, the comfort level is rated highly.

The facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen and a hot tub, are frequently mentioned as highlights. Some minor issues with crockery and an ironing board are noted, but the overall maintenance and range of facilities are commended.

The hosts' thoughtfulness is evident through mentions of welcome baskets and quick responses to guests' needs. While these gestures are greatly appreciated, it is politely noted that such gifts are gestures of goodwill and may not be a standard offering for all stays.

The eggs, coffee, milk, teabags, vase of flowers and bottle of Prosecco on arrival, those little touches were so appreciated. As a group of 5 ladies celebrating our friends 60th birthday, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. So good we’ve booked a 4 night stay in February. Fabulous views, amazing hot tub, spotless property, with so much space. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH. If you want perfection, attention to detail, Conquer Hall is all you can ask for. Thank you Russell and family.

The property has everything you need for a wonderful stay and is very tastefully furnished. The garden is great with very pleasant views surrounding it and we really enjoyed the superb hot tub which was very relaxing! All in all we had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend it.
