Lovely flat, well situated and equiped Cleaned well. Additionals like DVDs, books, games & beach equipment are a lovely bonus to make the stay more ‘home from home’ We would definitely come again. a few things in the flat that need attention: 1. ensuite toilet makes on odd noise after being flushed 2. Lamp in small bedroom turns on and off without being touched 3. shaving lamp in main bathroom turns itself on and off 4. cushions in living room need a wash, they are a bit stained 5. washing machine door doesn't line up well and takes a bit of fiddling to close 6. The hoover smells very bad when turned on 7. Kitchen knives are blunt & there is no knife sharpener 8. Instruction’s for washing machine not in folder 9. holes in blind in big bedroom 10. When removing bedsheets we noticed the bed pillows & mattresses toppers were stained and need washing 11. Wifi was mostly none existent and completely unreliable. Didn’t seem to be located in the flat We did not use the toaster or hon so cannot comment on those. The only thing we found would of been useful to have until you could get to a shop would be kitchen roll and anti-bac spray. Everything else was there.

Lovely maisonette in Swanage that was well suited to us. Location was very good - very short walk to the centre/beach front. The kitchen needed a bit more attention to cleaning - but nothing that couldn’t be easily fixed! The linen and towels were all clean and mattresses very comfortable! Additional bonus of having two toilets. Well equipped with a smart TV, washing machine (with dryer included in machine) and drying racks for clothes. The place has a coffee machine as well as a kettle, so we were all happy in the morning. The double bedroom on the top floor has a sea view from the left side of the window, and you can also see the sea when stood on the balcony outside. There are quite a few steps to climb if your bedroom is on the top floor, but wasn’t a problem for us. Parking is on-street parking so limited to if there is a space or not. We parked in a nearby car park and payed £50 to park there for the week (seemed easier to us than to hope for a space on the road each day). Overall, we had a great stay, and would definitely choose this accommodation if we came to Swanage again!!

The instructions for collecting and returning the keys were very good, and we had no problem locating them.
Parking facilities were good. The property was spotlessly clean with excellent facilities. It was warm and welcoming, especially as we were stuck inside for nearly two days due to Storm Ciaran. The beds were clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels supplied. We were spoiled for choice with bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery etc and the microwave and oven were very clean. There are lovely views all round from the verandas. We would come back again, probably at a different time in the season, as most restaurants were closing down. We were looking to book a table for my 60th birthday (Chinese or Indian) on 31st October, but nothing was available locally or within walking distance. Be prepared for a drive, which my partner and I didnât want to do as we both wanted a drink to celebrate. Nevertheless, we had everything we needed for a restful break. Thank you.

Fantastic property!
From the moment we entered the property we were impressed with its size and look. Its a very comfortable property, offering lots of home comforts and conveniences. The roof terrace and balconies are fantastic with a view of the sea from the roof. The 2 visitor parking spaces were often taken but there was always room in the road or the underground parking (which has enough room for 2 cars 1 in front of the other), although the underground parking can be tight to get into if there is another car in the other properties space. The property is 10-15 min walk to the seafront, conveniently located close to a pub. Would definitely stay here again!

This was awarded a hidden gem certificate and very rightly so. The rooms were all very beautiful and restfully decorated. The location could not have been better for accessing the town and the walks nearby, thankfully lower down the hill for strolls back from the pubs and restaurants late in the evening. The kitchen was perfect for the dogs to sleep in at night and a well contained garden to be able to let them off lead. We had plenty of activities and sights to see each day but all of us enjoyed spending the penultimate day lounging around the house reading and relaxing.
