Excellent parking (apartment has it's own quite wide car parking space) at this well located property. We were a little concerned on arriving that it might be quite noisy, but it was quiet all week. Comfortable apartment and well equipped. Some cleaning issues re previous dog/s in the property and also previous occupants had put unwashed crockery and cutlery back in the cupboard/drawer hidden under another item. The bed was reasonably comfortable; a bit too soft for our liking, but bed firmness is personal. The en-suite shower cubicle is made for very slim people only! Plenty of hot water for baths. Spacious lounge. Easy to walk down to the beach, along the road to the nature reserve, Sandworld etc, and to the main Weymouth beach/seafront. Local Spar (shop) just a minute's walk away on the Waterside caravan complex.

The apartment is in a good location and the area in general is lovely. Unfortunately the apartment needs a really good clean, the showers both need attention as not really usable and the advert needs updating to correctly reflect the facilities. We wouldn’t suggest the place is particularly child friendly with lots of lose trailing wires and heavy furniture not attached to walls correctly. This caused a heavy shoe cabinet to fall on our daughter. Think it is a bit overpriced. Hopefully the owners will sort the problems and then it will be a nicer place to stay.

The apartment was comfortable and well equipped, fantastic location very close to the beach and coastal path and ideal for visiting the Dorset coast . Most of all we would like to very much thank all the staff who helped us out when we lost the keys to the apartment and kept us fully informed of the process, even emailed us when he keys had been reported found, you can be sure all at Original Cottages will look after you

Lovely flat, comfortable and well supplied with everything needed. Did lots of visits and sight seeing , but particularly memorable were the visits to the nature reserve just down the road - peaceful and fascinating place to see birds or just relax, looking out over the water. Loved Dorchester museum and coffee shops and city walks a delight.

A superb base for a holiday. Very clean, spacious and extremely well equipped although we didn't use much of it as we ate out all the time. Good to have an ensuite as well as a main bathroom. Dog friendly as is most of the resort area. It is only a 10 minute bus ride No13 into Weymouth which runs hourly.
