The house was much better than expected.
we have stayed in a number of large houses with our 3 generations family of 8 - but this was by far the nicest, cleanest and in the best location. The house was spotless and everything was very new and the renovation was carried out to a very high standard. there was every item you could possibly need in the house too, no detail was missed. the beds were comfy, the electronics supplied were great, the furnishing were of a high standard, the bathrooms in great condition and no water pressure issues. the only thing we had a slight issue with was getting wifi reception in the living room - not sure if it was the thick walls or the tv location, but everywhere else in the house it was fine. it is very central, within easy walking distance to the each, restaurants, shops, bars, and all the activities available in Llandudno. We always got parked outside the house or within a few meters. there is lots of room for large groups /families, the house is much bigger than the photos appear. the orangery is beautiful addition and such a nice place for breakfast. the garden area is lovely if you get the weather to eat alfresco. We would not hesitate to recommend and hope to return one day soon.

This is a wonderful property.
It is in superb condition and every thing provided is provided with guest comfort in mind. The property is large and beautifully furnished and decorated. There wasn't really anything I could think of that was missing, even down to tea, coffee and milk provided for our arrival. The Orangery is superb and a wonderful place to sit and relax no matter what the weather. There is a lovely courtyard for sitting too, only disappointed that the weather wasn't really good enough to sit out there in the evening, although we did have 5 youngsters with us who did spend time outside and did enjoy the safety of the courtyard. The property is located in a really good position within easy walking distance of shops, promenade and beach. There is parking for one car and plenty of on street parking too. As a family party of 12 we sometimes find properties a bit of a squeeze but certainly not this one. Plenty of room to escape if a quiet moment required. The owner was very nice and helpful and you felt that he really wanted you to enjoy the time spent in his beautiful house. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in this lovely house and have a wonderful holiday despite the weather not being too good.

The garden is fully enclosed so we had no worries re letting our dog out there to wander around. Thereâs a full size freezer, cafeteria and teapot too, and an extremely powerful hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and there was even a dog bowl too. The furnishings are next level, super plush, a very rare find in a dog friendly place. We felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel. Conwy itself is one of the most dog friendly places weâve been. Majority of eateries allow dogs and the walks along the Marine Parade to the Marina and beyond are stunning. We found the most beautiful beach just passed the Marina, dog friendly and hardly anyone on it, if you go early there is literally no one! Is approximately a 45 min walk away. There is car park by it though if you donât fancy the walk. Youâve also got the woods to walk around too, only ten mins walk away. We really enjoyed our stay at North Bay which we thought was a very smart and comfortable property. It was spotlessly clean and the very friendly owners met us on arrival to give us a quick tour and ensure that we were happy with everything. The main bedroom was particularly good, very spacious and probably the most comfortable bed we have ever had in a holiday let, the second bedroom was much smaller if 4 people were staying. There was some road noise being located just off the main road, but this did not prevent us getting a good night's sleep. The bungalow is in a great location for exploring this part of North Wales. There are great public transport services here if you want to leave the car behind, and with a bus stop 150m away you can easily walk into Rhos or along the coastal promenade and catch a bus back ( buses every 12 minutes!). Llandudno is only a few miles away with trains to take you further afield. Bodnant Gardens about 8 miles away are well worth a visit. Will definitely consider returning.

We stayed here with our new rescue dog who settled right in, to our amazement. The garden is a bit small for a large dog and still some work to be done but loved the deck and the privacy screens. The bungalow itself is lovely with quality oak furniture and extremely comfortable sofas and beds. Loved the wet room and seperate wc, and also the low level lights that come on in the dark.The owners have put so much thought into what they provide, going way above what most owners supply (everything we could possibly need). It's great that the owners showed us round on arrival. As a light sleeper i brought earplugs because of the road but i didn't need them as it wasn't busy overnight and the 20 mph speed limit outside is a bonus especially when pulling off the drive. I would definitely recommend staying there as we thoroughly enjoyed staying there. We also had a lovely chat with the neighbour next door.
