What our customers say about their holidays

Jasmine cottage is a delightful property, in an excellent location in St.

Annes. Although on a main road it was very quiet as its set at the back of a four storey house. Parking arrangements were on the front forecourt. The bed was very comfortable and there was adequate drawers/wardrobe space The living room/diner was nicely decorated with a large comfy 3 settee couch, small table for dining and the property very clean. The kitchen was galley style off the living room and was well equipped. The bathroom was as described and clean and plenty of towels were provided The property is very close to Ashton park which for us was a bonus. We met the owner who was welcoming and showed us around the property on arrival, We would most certainly like to return as our stay was relaxing and enjoyable.

My husband myself and my mother in-law had a great stay over the New Year despite the main front door lock not working -a bit worrisome!

but there was another door that locked which led into a very spacious living room the sofa and chairs were dated but 10/10 for comfort. The welcome pack was amazing and very much appreciated thank you. Beds and pillows really comfortable too. Bathroom mirror not for shorter people but the full length mirror on back of main bedroom door is a great idea maybe another mirror in the smaller bedroom would be a good idea too as my little mother in law was always in my bedroom bless her! The location is fantastic the Victoria Hotel is a short walk away for great food and drinks and the town is a few minutes drive away we would stay again

We were delighted with our recent stay at this bungalow.

The property has everything you need for a relaxing stay at the seaside and it was spotlessly clean. The welcome pack was very much appreciated and a nice touch. The only thing that needs addressing is the very insecure toilet seat. However we found that the Sykes listing unfortunately has a few discrepancies. There is not an electric bed as stated and the postcode is incorrect and directs you to Warwick Road not Berwick Road plus the written directions make no sense whatsoever. We were so pleased with our overall stay that we booked another week as soon as we got home.

Jasmine Cottage is one of the best holiday properties I have stayed in.

The facilities are second to none, and the use of space is fantastic. All home comforts are provided, dishwasher, washer/dryer etc. Jasmine Cottage is a stones throw to the beautiful Ashton Gardens, the well served Town Center and Beach. And to top this all off the hosts Sandra and John are the most wonderful people I have ever met. Nothing is too much trouble, and they will go out of their way to make your stay 5 star. One of the very best holidays I have had. Thank you Sandra and John, and I hope to revisit very soon.
