The villa is very comfortable and in an amazing location. It's great for families and groups of friends. We were disappointed at there being no toilet rolls whatsoever nor handsoap upon arrival. There were no black bags for non recyclable rubbish so hope that it was all taken on the Saturday morning. The football table in the games room was unusable as stops at the end of the rods were missing. We all enjoyed our stay at Ashford Villa. There was enough space, ample seating, 4 ensuites, comfy clean beds, good wifi, sky t.v. etc.. This, along with the location is what makes Ashford Villa a great place to enjoy Tenby and surrounding Pembrokeshire.

Lovely presented property.
Brilliant location for walking into Tenby and plenty of other beaches within a 15 minute drive. Front door could do with looking at as you have to really yank it to shut it, may have dropped slightly. Kitchen well equipped but a slow cooker would be a great addition, we did being ours in case which we used on 3 occasions. Would definitely be returning in the next couple of years.

Excellent position for beach and Centre. Good to have parking space. House very roomy with 2 doubles, twin and bunk room off the play room that had table tennis & football game. Separate lounge & dining room. Plenty (almost too much) equipment/ornaments. May just be it was almost end of season but it could have been cleaner although bedding/towels etc were fine.

Sandtop is a beautiful home from home.
The bedrooms and mattresses are extremely comfortable, the bathrooms are modern and very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Itâs a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk into Tenby town centre and beach, we did both while there. Parking was adequate for our 3 cars. I would recommend this holiday let to everyone.

The property itself was exceptional - extremely clean, very well appointed and showing a great attention to detail by the owners - one could want for nothing.
The only issues (and they are minor) relate to the description in the listing - the âsea viewsâ are marginal, only being visible from a bedroom, and the impression given is that the beach is reasonably close, but the house is actually in the northern outskirts of Tenby, with a real trek to the beach. Otherwise excellent!
