Beautiful little bungalow with everything you could need.
Lovely to have milk, tea, coffee , scones, jam and cream as a welcome on arrival. There is a good selection of games and books to keep all the family entertained as well as a TV, radio and free Wi-Fi. There is small table and chairs and a bench for sitting outside beside the bungalow. Only couple of slight issues, the bath towels supplied are rather on the small side so hubby was rather glad I had packed a larger one. The double bed mattress could do with replacing. Could do with a hook by the door for wet coats. None of this spoilt the enjoyment of this lovely property, The complex is extremely well maintained and peaceful ( although we were there before school holidays so that might make a difference) Lovely pool which although I did not actually go in I enjoyed relaxing in the sun beside it. The complex is well situated for driving out to other areas and very handy for Looe. There is a bus stop outside. There is a lovely little village , Pelynt, just a few minutes drive away with Spar shop and a nice pup, Jubilee Inn. We used the pub for breakfast on the day we checked out to come home but they do light lunches and are about to start full meals soon. The week after our visit was vacant and we were soo tempted to book it rather than go home but sadly commitments did not allow for it. Would highly recommend this bungalow.

Had a lovely stay in the Holly Lodge, everything we could think of was provided, even a cream tea for when we arrived!
We came on a rainy week however that didnât even spoil the views. We were positioned on the top of the farm with an outstanding view of Bodmin. Itâs located perfectly, less than 10 minute drive to all the supermarkets and Bodmin centre. Jill greeted us upon arrival and made us aware of local places to visit and was just delightful. Lodge was incredible, warm and cosy at night and couldnât fault a thing about it. We donât usually stay in a place twice but will definitely look at coming back here in the future. On our last full day we came back from a trip out to a box of chocolates and a bag to put our dirty linen in, all very organised and canât thank them enough for everything they have provided us with. Always made us aware that nothing was too much trouble for them! We especially enjoyed the swing ball in the garden, had multiple games which was a throwback to our childhood.

We have really enjoyed our stay at Bell Cottage.
Itâs countryside location is quiet and very peaceful, much appreciated after a day out and about among the crowds. The cottage is a very comfortable place to stay and it is evident that a lot of care and attention to detail has been taken to ensure that all we could wish for is provided. We appreciated the welcome touches of a box of fudge, biscuits, drink facilities and even the guest toiletries in the bathroom. Bell cottage is exceptionally clean and very well presented.The small garden area is ideal; we enjoyed sitting outside in the sunshine and our two dogs appreciated the freedom of a safe outdoor space. We would love to stay at Bell Cottage again in the future. Our thanks to Sue and Glen for being so welcoming and on hand.

We had a wonderful weekâs stay in Holly Lodge.
Jill was welcoming and very friendly. The Lodge was set in beautiful surroundings with fantastic views across the countryside. Holly Lodge itself was spotlessly clean with everything included necessary for our stay. Every detail had been thought about carefully and the decor and layout of the Lodge was impeccable, allowing for maximum spaciousness within the property. The outside seating was appreciated too. Both the cream tea, and milk for us to make a hot drink on arrival, were very thoughtful. We would not hesitate to recommend Jill and her familyâs wonderful holiday accommodation which is well placed for visiting the whole of Cornwall.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Holly Lodge!
! The place itself was lovely and comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The surroundings were beautiful and we loved waking up to the amazing view. The swing ball set was also such a fun added bonus, although my partner and I did get a bit competitive!! We felt like we could truly relax whilst staying here. Also, the owners were so lovely and attentive and left lovely little touches around the lodge whilst we were there. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay, we were completely over the moon!! I'd highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Cornwall :)
