What our customers say about their holidays

32 Trevithick is a superbly presented rental cottage, with everything supplied to make your stay thoroughly enjoyable.

General décor is very good and the lighting offers many differing schemes that cover everything you might need. Furniture and beds in 32 are really comfortable, and the under floor heating adds that special touch when you get up in the morning and take a shower, but equally keeps the ambient temperature just right. All of the essentials elements, the hob, the oven, the washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, bathing and showering facilities are like new and kept spotless by the owners and cleaning staff. Lots of wardrobes and drawer space lets you space out your clothes across all three bedrooms. Bathrooms are light, airy and well maintained, with an upstairs bath/toilet, whilst the downstairs bathroom has a really lovely shower room and toilet. Externally, the décor at 32 is kept to a high standard and offers chairs to sit outside at the front, and picnic style benches to the rear. The grassy area's are kept neat and tidy which adds to the overall look and appeal at the complex. The owner/s are attentive to any issues and are really lovely... nothing seems too much trouble. 32 Trevithick was a rare find, and can be summed up as a fantastic place to spend R&R time, whilst exploring Cornwall, or for just chilling and letting the world go by. A BIG Thank You to Gareth and Family!

This is a lovely lodge with everything needed for a family stay.

Plenty of crockery etc, excellent washing machine and the beds are so comfortable. Decor is modern and lodge is well laid out and comfortable. Free passes were also provided for use of the on site pool and, bar and club. Our only issues were, another family had somehow managed to enter the lodge before us then realised they had the wrong lodge, we still do not know how they did this as the keys were locked in the key coded box on our arrival. Thankfully they had realised before using any facilities or beds. we had no Wi-Fi all week until on the last night my son noticed the Wi-Fi box had been unplugged in the rear bedroom. We did not know about the immersion heaters for hot water and had to rummage through a pile of leaflets to find the lodge instruction manual which seems a little out of date and should be made more easily available. The provided clothes airer was broken, we managed with just the lower section but the bars had broken to fully extend it. Overall these were minor issues that did not spoil our holiday and can easily be rectified. We would definitely book again.

We had a lovely week at this beautifully appointed house.

Decorated to a very high standard and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The property owner was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating towards our need for medical equipment being delivered to site. This was hugely appreciated by us and took the stress of travelling away. The park is small and quiet, but clean and tidy with some facilities. Parking sometimes a little difficult when coming back late but could be found somewhere on the park. The park would benefit from marking out parking bays to aid this. Beach access locally is very steep but easy beach access nearby by The Bluff Inn - pay & display. All in all a lovely, well located, beautiful base for your Cornish holiday.

      Spec of house is lovely.

Clean and tidy, literally everything you need included, and well placed for visiting other parts of Cornwall. Not so keen on the holiday park which is more suited for young families. Just not our thing. Only issue was WiFi but depends how much you need it (as it was Covid tried to prebook train, restaurants, etc but was difficult. Only way to best the competing WiFi networks around was to get online early!)

From the second we arrived we felt at home, with 2 small autistic children this was very important to us and they felt very comfortable here.

It was clean and tidy, the beds were beautiful and very comfortable. The underfloor heating was amazing to have under the feet in the mornings too! The man looking after 32 trevithick was absolutely spot on with attending to issues within the property and they were addressed promptly, replying to messages even on Sunday! Would highly recommend and will definitely be looking to stay here again!
