Excellent stay.

Accommodation was well furnished, very clean & comfortable, had everything and more needed for a lovely stay. The shower was the bestâ. Location is within easy walking distance to all amenities, shops, pubs, take aways, beach & local coastal path walks as well as centrally located in Cornwall. Site was quiet & equipped well for those with dogs. Our Labrador loved it. Very friendly staff on site, groundsmen were busy everyday keeping the caravan site clean. The site is one of the cleanest Iâve stayed at. The owner was great, very friendly and approachable, we were kept well informed in advance of booking in process. Cannot fault our stay and will definitely stay again.

Prior to our arrival, the bleeping of the smoke detector had been reported and owners mum arrived to inform us maintenance was arriving to look at it.

The smoke detector had not made any bleeping from when we arrived so we were unaware of the issue. The detector was not working at all and it was replaced there and then without issues. No other issues experienced and we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. A lovely site and location of the caravan as we loved how close to the beach we were. Site staff very helpful and friendly and we thought the gardens looked beautifully cared for. A lovely touch with flower pots at the caravan which we did also water daily.

We had a fabulous stay, the property was clean, spacious, well equipped with all the things you could need for your stay.

We we're very impressed with the towels and bedding that were included in the price too. The site the caravan was on is one of the cleanest, well maintained I've ever seen, the groundsmen were busy everyday, we would definitely recommend this property, the cherry on top was how close the beach is.

This is a fantastically placed caravan so much to do close by.

Plenty of room in there for the kids and dogs the balcony is great for afternoon sunshine. Comfy beds and everything you need kitchen wise to make meals.
