We just wanted to say a huge thank you for ensuring we had a really festive stay at Chestnut Cottage over Christmas. Not only was it a beautiful cottage but the extras provided for Christmas were fabulous and really appreciated. From the decorated trees, candles, cake and fizz, extra size baking tray, table cloths & serviettes and much more, it was all lovely. Sorry we had to call for help when the shower caused a flood above the fridge but you were very quick to respond and help - thank you. We hadn't been to Thornham before but will certainly want to return. The Deli, Pubs and of course the easy access to the coast could not be better anywhere else. Nothing but praise for you all for the service we received from start to finish. We hope 2022 will have slightly less challenges!

Old Mill House provided the perfect holiday location for we 5 OAP friends. This spacious and beautifully renovated house was both luxuriously comfortable and highly practical. Super soft beds ensured an excellent night’s sleep after days spent exploring in every direction of this interesting part of Norfolk. Seals birds and wildlife for all to see! Panoramas filled with sky! Special mention must be made of the splendid boot room, drying facilities in the boiler room, and useful utility room all off a spacious rear entrance - and an outdoor sink and shower! We’ll be back! When you can tear yourself away from the coastal path, do not miss Castle Acre- a medieval village with remains of a Norman castle complete with earthworks and a priory. A hidden gem.

From the moment we stepped through the beautiful front door, we knew we had found a very special place to stay. The Old Mill House is a real gem. The hosts have thought of everything from well-equipped, spacious kitchen to the cosy snug, outdoor shower for dogs and that fantastic spot for a sundowner after a hard day at the beach. Plenty of room and amenities for a large group. Brancaster is the perfect place for a staycation, we loved the beautiful beach, local walks to visit the seals and trips to the local pub, just stumbling distance around the corner. We will definitely be returning and are very tempted by a Winter trip so we can enjoy that wood burner!
