The barn was lovely, clean and warm. The treats left and the table set was very welcome. The area is great for exploring both the coast and inland. Norwich well worth a visit, we went on the bus from the village. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Great property. All mod cons and quite warm and homely. Charming and friendly village in the Norfolk countryside.

  • Mrs Marks

A beautiful, well equipped barn. We had a fantastic week staying in The Old Dairy. Coldham Hall and The Ferry House are nearby waterside pubs serving delicious meals. Lovely sitting outside and watching all the boats coming and going.
