The location and views are fantastic and the cottage is comfortable and very well equipped, however as others have noted there are issues with the bedroom doors which need sorting sooner rather than later. The small bedroom door is scraping and damaging the floor and the large bedroom door is extremely difficult to open from the inside so in both cases if you have to get up in the night you can't do it quietly.

The beds were very comfortable and overall the cottage was well maintained. Just one thing let it down, when we arrived there was only one toilet roll for four of us! So the first thing we had to do was to buy some. Apart from that the cottage was very good value in an excellent location.

The cottage itself was cold, with the underfloor heating in the conservatory not working, with the general heating coming on at random times, being cold first thing in the morning when needed. This property is advertised as 2 bathrooms, bathroom 2 which is by the front door is large enough just to get you in with a shower, which needs the door replacing, also was unusable due to being freezing in there..... Bedrooms are comfortable both with great views , bedroom 1 the radiator doesn't work, bedroom 2, the door needs shaving at bottom as hard to shut rubbing across the hard floor, which is not great at night, could also do with a bedside cabinet on the veranda side. Kitchen is fully equipped and superb.... We also had a problem with the TV not working, which we had seen in previous reviews, but hadn't been resolved. After contacting Sykes TV and underfloor heating were resolved. Having said all that with these problems, biggest being advertised as 2 bathrooms when you have 2 couples only realistically being able to use the one upstairs, its a great property, but needs a bit of TLC.
