For fascinating history, visit attractions such as Chatsworth House and Gardens (5 miles) and Haddon Hall (3 miles) to give you a glimpse into the past. Ashford in the Water, The Monsal Trail, Haddon Hall and Chatsworth are all 4 miles of the property. Step into the open plan lounge/diner and you are sure to be wowed by the stunning interior design. Head up the steep staircase to find two bedrooms, a king size bedroom and a twin bedroom, each designed with beautiful furnishings for a restful place to relax. The spacious bathroom offers a freestanding bath, separate shower and WC don t forget to bring your bubble bath as you are sure to want to enjoy a long soak. Outside, while there's no garden, there is a small bistro set tucked behind the property providing space to sit out. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 twin. 1 bathroom with freestanding bath, separate walk in shower, and WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Wood burner (first basket of logs provided). Smart TV in the lounge. No garden but small outdoor courtyard with bistro set to the rear of the property. One allocated parking space a short walk away from the property. Pubs and shops under 200 metres away.
