Small , but very well designed . Lovely welcome pack ( which many owners don’t seem to bother with these days ) . Exceptionally clean . Although it is right on a busy main road , the double glazing and rear location of the bedroom mean that this isn’t an issue . Holmfirth is great ( despite the current roadworks ) and particularly recommend “ Nowhere “cafe/bar and Magic Rock Brewery Taproom

Best welcome basket we’ve ever had! The only negative is no outside space but we knew that from description. Super area, found hills a challenge after Norfolk! But locals extremely friendly and welcoming. Thank you
