The wonderful family friendly Peak Wildlife Park is within 2 miles and the Churnet Valley Railway a steam train through spectacular scenery is within 7 miles. Property all on one level but there are 2 stairs between the kitchen and lobby and 1 shallow step in the shower room. Pub within 0.5 miles, shop within 2 miles. A brook runs through the garden so care must be taken with young children. The property is within a historic area, metal detecting is welcome on the owner's land. Electric Vehicle Charging on site.
