It serves as a great base for exploring Cornwall and offers a variety of dining choices nearby. While some guests have encountered maintenance issues, the property generally meets expectations for a pleasant stay.

Reviews on cleanliness are mixed, with some guests finding the cottage clean and comfortable, while others reported dust, mould, and dirty kitchenware. The presence of both positive and negative feedback suggests variability in the cleaning standards between stays.

The location is highly praised for being a convenient base to explore Cornwall, with a variety of local amenities and attractions nearby. Despite some concerns about parking, the central location and proximity to shops and pubs are seen as major advantages.
