There’s the en-suite master bedroom with its balcony and views over the golf course, and a twin, also with its own balcony. The children’s bunk room with sea views has a workspace with desk and chair, which is ideal for anyone who still needs to catch up on their emails.
Above the dining area there’s a mezzanine level which creates a cool hangout for older children (12+). Parents are advised to supervise children when using the stairs and space
This apartment is on the top floor with lift access from the underground car park to all floors. The front entrance to the building is via a flight of seven steps

Furnished with twin zip and link beds (configured as king-size bed on request), two bedside tables with lamps and a mirror
This room has access to its own balcony with an outdoor sofa
This room doesn’t have a wardrobe but there are wall-mounted hooks for hanging clothes

The children’s bedroom has a lovely view of the Newquay War Memorial and out to sea, and is furnished with bunk beds, a beanbag, a desk and chair
