Snaptrip says

Honeysuckle Cottage in St. Agnes, Cornwall, is highly praised for its prime location near the beach and village, with a welcoming pub nearby. Guests appreciate the clean, comfortable accommodations and the extra touches provided by the owners. While some minor issues with facilities and maintenance are noted, the overall sentiment is positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The cottage generally receives high marks for cleanliness, with several reviews mentioning it was clean and comfortable. One review did note an issue with cleaning under the furniture and a damp smell in the wardrobes, but these seem to be isolated comments.

The location is consistently lauded as wonderful, with the beach, pub, and village centre all within a short walking distance. The private garden area is also appreciated, adding to the location's appeal.

Guests find the cottage to be comfortable, with special mentions of the bed linen and the warmth of the cottage during cold weather. However, some guests noted the need for better pillows and bedside amenities, slightly affecting the comfort score.

The cottage is well-equipped according to several reviews, but some guests suggested improvements such as a cafetière, larger frying pan, more robust clothes drying rack, and a tumble dryer. These suggestions indicate room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.

The owners' thoughtfulness is evident through mentions of welcome gifts like milk, tea, and biscuits. However, as these gifts are subject to change and not guaranteed, they should be considered a delightful bonus rather than an expectation.

Unfortunately, just one thing would stop me from returning - the lack of a tumble dryer. This meant having to use the same towels for the entire week as there was no way of getting them dry, had I put them through the washing machine, not even a washing line, just a very small airer. One of the children had a migraine and I dreaded her being sick during the night as there'd be no way of washing and drying her sheets in time for the following night.

It's so handy for the beach, just a few minutes walk, and the pub is even nearer! Walking the other way you're just a 5 minutes walk from the centre of St Agnes and the shops (and more pubs!). What more could you ask for?

2 minute walk to the beach. I would highly recommend the cottage, had everything we needed.
