For a quiet moment of reflection head to your bedroom; on the first floor there are two en-suite bedrooms – one double bedroom with a bathroom and sea views, and a separate twin room with a shower room, whilst on the second floor are two further en-suite bedrooms – one double bedroom with a shower room and sea views, and a single room with a bathroom.
To accommodate more guests, the rear wing of the property can be made available at an additional charge and offers three further bedrooms – one double bedroom and one bunk room on the first floor that share a shower room, and a children’s room with en-suite WC on the second floor.
To the front of the property is a small paved area with a bench seat offering exquisite panoramic sea views, whilst to the rear of the property is a fully enclosed outdoor area with a patio that boasts a picnic table for casual alfresco dining, and steps that lead up to a lawned garden above.
Enviably located above Port Gaverne Beach, and just around the corner from the heart of Port Isaac, there is so much to see and do from this characterful holiday home. Go rock pooling and kayaking at Port Gaverne, or relax on the Platt in Port Isaac to indulge in fish and chips before heading out on the South West Coast Path. For a day out further afield, head to the metropolitan coastal village of Rock (8.6 miles) that’s situated across the River Camel from Padstow, where you can indulge in award-winning eateries and enjoy a spot of shopping. Seaward is a lovely holiday home for an extended family holiday or group getaway in North Cornwall.

A beautiful fishing village nestling in a steep sided valley, the old village in the valley remains unchanged from its days of fishing, slate export and smuggling in the previous century. An abundance of small character properties complemented by larger cliff-top retreats, can be found with easy access to the numerous restaurants and shops of the village. The sandy harbour provides an abundance of rock pools as the tide retreats. Only ten minutes drive from the beaches of Polzeath, Daymer and Rock, it is perfect for romantic and family holidays alike. There is ample parking at the top of the village.
