While some guests find the beds uncomfortable and mention minor maintenance issues, the overall sentiment is that the property is a beautiful and well-equipped holiday rental.

The location is highly praised for its fantastic views and proximity to the beach and town. It is considered central and convenient for exploring St Ives and the wider area of Cornwall.

While the property is generally found to be cosy and spacious, there are several remarks about the beds being uncomfortable. However, the discomfort does not deter guests from wanting to return.

Would certainly book again. Regards from a happy holiday maker and family, Pete from Somerset

However on return received an invoice for two dirty towels and a sheet something which was certainly not us. The pictures could be from anyone and the invoice is not dated, very unusual. Such a shame when we paid a lot of money for the holiday for you to quibble and make allegations over £66.36. I see previous reviews also state other holiday makers have had similar experiences with this owner i.e silly accusations claiming dirty towels. I will not be recommending this holiday to anyone and certainly will never use Sykes again.
