The property is praised for its central location, making it a convenient base for exploring Cornwall. The large garden is a hit with pet owners, and the property is described as comfortable and well-equipped. Some guests have suggested updates to the kitchen appliances and mentioned a damp smell, but these are outweighed by the positive feedback.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The majority of guests report the cottage as very clean and well-maintained, with several reviews highlighting its immaculate condition upon arrival. A few mentions of a damp smell and dog odour slightly affect the score.

The cottage's location is frequently described as peaceful and quiet, with good access to local amenities and routes for exploring Cornwall. Its central position in Truro and proximity to a local pub are appreciated.

Guests find the cottage comfortable, mentioning comfy beds and sofas. However, some reviews suggest the need for better cooking facilities and mention small single beds, which slightly lower the score.

While the property is generally well-equipped, several guests have commented on the need for updated kitchen appliances, particularly the cooker. There are also suggestions for more crockery and a smart TV.

There are mixed comments regarding welcome packs, with some guests appreciating the gesture and others finding them lacking. As gifts are not consistently mentioned across reviews, it is not possible to accurately score this category.
