Guests say

Guests generally appreciate the well-equipped, comfortable property in Dartmouth, praising its central location and secure parking. The property's proximity to local amenities and the inclusion of a parking space are frequently highlighted as positives. While some guests mention issues with maintenance and noise, the overall sentiment is that the property provides a pleasant stay.

Most guests found the property clean and well-maintained, though a few noted instances of uncleanliness such as a dirty floor and mould in the shower. The majority of reviews, however, do not report significant cleanliness issues.

The location is highly praised for its convenience and proximity to Dartmouth town centre, with easy access to local attractions. The secure parking is a notable advantage, although some guests mention traffic noise.

Guests find the property comfortable overall, with well-equipped rooms and furnishings. Some guests, however, mention uncomfortable mattresses and issues with noise from the road, which affected their comfort.

The property is generally well-equipped with useful facilities. However, there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as problems with the fridge, oven, and bathroom fixtures, which suggests room for improvement in this area.

While some guests mention receiving a Christmas hamper, there are not enough references to gifts or thoughtful touches to accurately assess this category. It should be noted that such gestures, while appreciated, are not guaranteed.

The owners did supply a large fan. A handle on a kitchen cabinet was loose, a bedroom draw curtain had fittings missing connecting to the track. A smell of "sewers" in the property, there had been a lot of rain and sometimes this smell was also around the town. Unfortunately (it is on a main road) and there was a lot of traffic noise. For me, a TV in the master bedroom would be a good thing. However none of these things actually stopped me having a good holiday. Now the good bits, the flat was clean, spacious, warm in the evenings, lots of hot water, loads of crockery and cutlery, you can see the river from the windows, its close to town, (and M&S). Private , secure and guaranteed parking for 1 car, AND, we will be booking again for next year, if you'l have us.

The property was spacious, clean, very comfortable with all we needed as a base for our holiday. Location is excellent, with a secure parking spot as a bonus. We left our car in the car park all week and used the good public transport connections to explore the lovely area. The M&S food hall next door adds perfect convenience. Thank you Stuart and Caroline - we enjoyed a wonderful holiday from our base at your property.
