Guests appreciate the well-equipped property, cleanliness, and the variety of activities available in the area. The balconies are a highlight, offering a serene spot to watch boats and wildlife. While most feedback is positive, a few guests noted minor issues with facilities and privacy.

The property is frequently described as clean, with several reviews specifically mentioning its cleanliness. This suggests a high standard of hygiene and upkeep.

The location is highly praised for its beautiful views, tranquillity, and proximity to local attractions and walks. The estuary views, in particular, are a recurring positive aspect in the reviews.

Guests find the property comfortable, with mentions of a well-equipped space and comfortable accommodation. However, one review mentioned a lack of blackout blinds, slightly impacting the overall comfort score.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with the property being described as well-equipped and having good parking. Some guests felt that certain amenities were minimal, and one noted an issue with privacy due to a shared entrance.

There is no mention of gifts or extra thoughtful touches in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

Superb location and views of the estuary. Comfortable, balconies all around. Would definitely return.

Was no enclosed garden as stated on website which was a shame since we had a dog with us . The down stairs door in the lobby area belongs to someone else so I didn’t feel we had as much privacy as would had liked. Would suggest packing an eye mask if you don’t like being woken up by the sunrise in morning as blinds are not black out. The area is very clean , good for walking and beautiful scenery . Not much else to do unless you go the area . People really friendly.

There was a general feeling that everything was at the minimum. No proper salt/pepper pots/only 3 dishwater tablets/minimal cushions. All small stuff but important . The views were amazing & we had a really enjoyable week but with a little effort & thought this would be a superb holiday stay
