Guests are delighted with West House Farm, praising its beautiful decor, immaculate cleanliness, and well-equipped kitchen. The spacious property comfortably accommodates large groups, offering a blend of historical charm and modern bathrooms. The serene garden and surrounding wildlife add to the peaceful experience, while the proximity to local attractions is appreciated. The thoughtful touches by the owners contribute to a warm welcome.

Reviewers consistently mention the property's spotless condition, indicating meticulous attention to cleanliness. The property's upkeep receives high praise, suggesting a very high standard of hygiene.

The property's peaceful and relatively isolated position in the East Suffolk countryside, with easy access to local attractions and ample parking, is highly regarded by guests.

The comfort of the property is celebrated, with ample space and facilities for relaxation and group activities. However, the mention of tripping hazards due to uneven ground levels suggests a slight deduction in comfort for some guests.

Facilities like the well-equipped kitchen, games, and outdoor amenities are appreciated, but some guests suggest that better information on available facilities would enhance the experience. The mention of a football table in a bedroom indicates a potential area for improvement.

While guests express gratitude for the warm welcome and thoughtful actions of the owners, there is no specific mention of gifts, and therefore it is not possible to assess this category accurately.

Tackley is a picturesque village situated in the Oxfordshire Cotswolds, approx 8 miles north of Oxford and 3 miles from Woodstock, home of Blenheim Palace. The name Tackley is derived from 'tack' which means sheep or ewe and 'ley' which means glade or clearing! The village is very pretty, has a good village shop and a local pub The Gardiner Arms. There is another pub just outside the village called Sturdy's Castle.

Nearby there are some superb attractions to visit. Rousham Hall is very close by and although there are restrictions to visiting etc, it is a beautiful stately home. Oxford,'The city of the Dreaming Spires' and colleges is just 15 mins by car. There are literally hours of things to do there! For the determined shopper, Bicester Village which is a vast outlet centre.

Woodstock has a good range of local pubs, along with restaurants, shops and stores while the famous Blenheim Palace, home to the Duke of Malborough is well worth a day trip.

Location was perfect in quiet countryside but within easy distance of many of Suffolks most beautiful towns and beaches.

Plenty of space too for our family gathering of 9 adults and 3 children - literally had everything we needed for our long weekend! Brilliant location just by a lake, where we saw stunning sunsets and plenty of local wildlife. Close to Aldeburgh for fish & chips and beach walks, also the White Horse Hotel in Leiston does a delicious Sunday roast which hadn’t expected. Will definitely be back!

Only comment would be to move the football table outside with the table tennis and not to keep it in the bedroom.
