We felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door, and throughout our stay. The walks on the doorstep are beautiful (even if the cows did block the way through one of the gates!), and we enjoyed the many dog-friendly beaches just 30 minutes drive away. The garden was exactly what I was looking for with the dog and could not belive how quiet and peaceful the place was at nighttime. We will definitely be back again!

Set in the most tranquil, really delightful environment and yet only a short distance from Bungay, this is a perfect spot for peace and quiet. Down a pretty lane and surrounded by nature with fabulous walks on and into what was a part of the great author of King Solomon Mines, Rider Haggard’s estate. Such care has been taken to make our stay with our little dog Bumble, so comfortably charming. The goodies generously provided for both ourselves and Bumble were most appreciated. For young families a games room at the bottom of the garden was a terrific bonus - air hockey and table football was great fun for our visiting grandchildren. We will be visiting again and probably again & again. The immediate environment has so much to offer and enjoy. Our hosts were at pains to ensure all was as it should be to make our stay memorable, and it certainly was!

Cosy, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to sit in the garden, but we did make use of the games room! Overall, felt at home from the minute we arrived, great location and hope to return.
