What our customers say about their holidays

This is a truly exquisite apartment.

The coffee machine was a nice luxury touch for me, bean to coffee every morning. The kitchen was equipped with good quality appliances one would need. The location is fantastic, walking distance to shops and pubs, take away. The beach is walking distance and easy to go down to, but the climb up the hill was a bit tricky for my parent-in-law, they persevered and got there in the end, but the kids had no trouble skipping ahead up the hill. We have done some fantastic walks straight from the accommodation but also explored Cornwall by car as it’s a convenient location within the hours drive to most attractions in Cornwall like the Eden Project. We loved our stay, and had a lovely time, the apartment is spacious and the 3 bathrooms was a bonus and made life easier. The ground floor situation and easy access to all rooms were great for my mother-in-law as she felt safe not to navigate stairs/ steps. This is a very nice place to stay and despite the capricious weather, we had a great holiday.

This is a very comfortable home-away -from-home, all very new and clean.

We liked it alot and it was just as described. Our issues were small although temporarily annoying- multiple burned out light bulbs with no spares; how to get the towel bars to heat up and a definite load-size limit in the clothes washer that we learned about by experiencing a tub that wouldn't drain. Also, when medications were accidentally left behind, the rather odd reaction was to lock them in the owner's closet where they could not be retrieved unless the new vacationers were home, which caused a week's delay in returning them to us. Ultimately all these items were resolved, just a little bumpier/stress-inducing than we'd hoped. The village is lovely, so walkable! But be aware that if you want to eat dinner in a local pub on the night of arrival or really any night in August, you must book ahead. We highly recommend!

Apartment 1 Trearren it's so easy nowadays to book something and be disappointed BUT NOT HERE everything was perfect location is in the heart of the village behind electric gates so no trouble parking the Apartment was spotlessly clean the bedrooms are off a decent size and possibly the comfiest bed I've slept on whilst on holiday bathrooms for every room again spotlessly clean the kitchen has every appliance and the coffee machine was an added bonus a lovely garden for my grandson to play in with no obstacles as well as a decent size patio with furniture to sit and enjoy a picnic and the afternoon sun if your thinking of booking you certainly won't be disappointed

Location in the centre of the village was great although the property is not visible from the road which made it difficult to find initially.

Trearren is very well appointed and tastefully decorated. All three showers were powerful. Coffee machine a big hit and complimentary coffee beans was a thoughtful gesture as was the charcoal for the BBQ. We were exceptionally fortunate that the weather was hot, hot, hot all week and therefore did not have time to make use of a very good selection of board games, fiction and non fiction books. This property would be our first port of call if we were to holiday in St Agnes again.

A delightful light, bright apartment with everything we could possibly need.

The beds were super comfy, the living/dining was really spacious and the kitchen very well equipped. The bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch, and much appreciated. We didn't summon up the courage to use the coffee maker, which looked wonderful, but it was just too hot for coffee! as even the weather played ball. A big thank you to Nick and Kate, who were extremely helpful via phone calls and emails and sounded like lovely people. We will certainly visit again.
