The location of Tyân Don is fantastic, itâs so close to the costal path down to Porth Neigwl and the views are breathtaking.
What we loved was the space around the property, plenty of parking enough even for the owners to kindly let us park our small boat there too, the flat space was perfect for our 9 year old daughter to spend hours riding her bike around safely. Great convenient touches like a washing line to hang your wet gear up after being on the beach, hose pipe for washing off the sand or mud. Great space for us to walk our dog too. Inside the property it was really clean and very homely, well equipment and great to have a full size fridge freezer. The only feedback we had for improvement would be the double mattresses we found it uncomfortable. Bringing our bedding wasnât too much of an issue we brought, everything including duvets and pillows but they were actually provided it was just sheets and covers you need to bring. Just over a 5 min drive into Abersoch The owners were really helpful and friendly. Overall our stay was perfect and we didnât want to leave we will be back for sure.

Beautiful property with fantastic views. We were lucky enough to enjoy time relaxing on the raised decking thanks to some good weather. The internal layout is quite quirky which we loved but watch out for some unexpected low ceilings if you're tall. The property is only a mile or so from Abersoch itself yet it feels totally rural. Abersoch provided all the amenities we needed including some good restaurants. The equipment provided was excellent although we did have to purchase a few household items eg washing up liquid, kitchen roll, dishcloth... Some very helpful information was provided regarding the property's facilities as well as local amenities and places of interest. The standard of cleanliness was very good. I would certainly recommend Morannedd as a holiday let and hope to visit again in the future.

Lovely location and views. Really helpful owner. Downstairs en suite is really great if difficult mobility but the stairs to the first floor have no rail, are steep with an awkward turn and the ceiling height is quite low due to being in the eaves especially the master and bathroom although beds were comfy. You need to bring towels, incl tea towels, cleaning cloths/products and hand wash/washing up liquid, a few toilet rolls were provided. Great amount of plates, cutlery pots and pans, glasses etc. there are also 2 steep steps down into the snug off the kitchen where the tv is. No handrails on steps or stairs. Beautiful open views and the outside space is lovely. We shut the gates on the drive and blocked the gaps either side of the house to keep the dogs secure in the back garden.

Quite unfriendly messages and instructions, particularly in regard to check in and check out times. Also, this property didnt provide towels at all which was inconvenient but we then received a check out notice insisting we strip beds of linen used and "leave all towels" in bathroom. Your automated message was too generic and should be a bit more personalised. Also, for your reference, we arrived at 9pm and found the property had 10 small strips of toilet paper - for 5 people!! All shops were closed for us to replenish immediately. Not great at all.

We had a wonderful time at the property and whilst there was only 4 of us staying, it was a great space for us all. More than enough space for us all and would definitely come back. The house was really lovely, clean, comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed. Great restaurants all within walking distance. We loved Crust, the lost sheep, the potted lobster and two islands coffee shop. People so friendly. The beach was great and perfect for the dog. Couldn’t fault it.
