We really enjoyed our stay.
We liked the accommodation. The layout was good with the upside down side the Juliet balcony was lovely. The views are amazing. However, our journey in to the accommodation and finding you was difficult. The postcode was incorrect on one of our emails and it took us on a nice little jaunt through the town to a farmers field over the other side of Port Port Isaac to somebody elseâs farm.He said itâs not the first time this has happened. The description on the email was accurate, but we were following the postcode, in the email unfortunately this led us to go to the wrong place. The cottage was nice everything was set up well getting into the property was good and easy with codes and keys ect. The information that was given prior to the holiday was helpful and supportive and made us feel prepared for a holiday in addition the pack of information inside with local things to do was useful. Some of the information was conflicting so in one information pack it said check out time was 9:30. Another one said 10. Another part said nine on a handout so there was different information about checking out we went with 9:30 we went with the email that we had been sent from yourselves. The cleaning equipment provided was great. More than adequate parking a great location for day trips out around Cornwall. A really good base to use for exploring Cornwall. Nice to have the animals outside the cottage was lovely. Unfortunately the bathroom did have mould on the door and in the shower and smelt damp and unclean. This was unfortunate as it did permeate around the lower bedroom. We recognise that there is no window in that room, and that doesnât help with the damp, and that has intern made the door damp and mouldy. The fan stays on for a long time and I think this helps airrate but doesnât adequately sort out the damp situation. And around the back of the toilet and tiles smelt of urine, so it couldâve done with a better clean. An air freshener was provided, but this did little other than add another smell on top of the unclean, damp smell. We are certainly looking to book with you again next year, a bigger accommodation and bringing the rest of our family to stay in the Rock. overall, we found the service from you as a company excellent. Very informative and efficient service from yourselves and with a few tweaks to accurate post code information and clean accommodation. It wouldâve been 10 out of 10.

The pictures on the web site are very accurate . This is a very impressive conversion . The Air Source Heat pump did its job extremely well and despite the wall to wall sunshine during our stay it was very windy and extremely chilly … the heating was perfect . The Barn is terrific and very welcoming . Very close to Helston and if not on the Lizard it’s extremely close. Very close to Poldhu Beach and not far from Praa Sands . Close to shops. our hosts Angela & Tony were very welcoming and helpful. We don’t have a dog but we had one visiting and this was no problem and one of the reasons we choose this place. Very clean everything thing you would need for a stay was provided. All in all a very comfortable stay and we plan to return. Completely happy to recommend this “cottage” as a place to stay to tour the area or as we did spend time with family who live close by.

We had a lovely stay at Little Lanes.
The property was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the view from the main room and the bedroom. We did not cook a lot but there was all the basic kitchen utensils to do so. We came with our son (16 years old) and, when we arrived, Sue had kindly prepared the fold up bed where he would sleep. The bathroom looked very new and the shower was powerful - highly appreciated after a long day outside. The location of the cottage gave us plenty of options for a one-week stay, from the beautiful harbour of Boscastle nearby, to the large sandy beaches of Bude and the charming village of Port Isaac. We would definitely recommend Sue's property and hope that we will have the opportunity to stay there again!

Great place for exploring North Cornwall.
Accommodation was clean and Sue was very welcoming. Nothing was too much bother. Everything was there for basic cooking (needs a measuring jug and better tin opener); bed was comfortable and lovely to have the option of a fold up bed for guests. A sofa would have been nice but the chairs were fine. Heating good and shower room excellent. The only downside for me, personally, was that the garden was not secure. This meant life was stressful with a young pup. Sue said I could use the adjacent field, which was great unless there were cows or sheep in there. Pup loved watching the sheep though!

Accomadation was spot on.
The bedroom and well equipped kitchen looks out over fields and although we went late October the view was stunning. The website picture does not show the garage off right of the picture. This worked out really well. We had 2 dogs that could easily be cleaned off before entering the accomadation thro an internal door. We actually took the dogs out in the field jus thro a gate to the side As a base we travelled the west coast from Clovelly in North Devon to Landâs End. The owner met us and showed us around on arrival Very good week would book again
