What a location! Walking out the front door and seeing the sea was a real treat. The house is in a quiet road, just a few minutes from the beach. Also, it's only a short walk to the town centre. The house has comfortable beds - a must! It had pretty much everything you could possibly need for a holiday base. The table folds out and easily seats 4. The house looks small in the photos on the listing, but my partner and I (and our two gangly teenagers) had plenty of space, and enjoyed hanging out together in the lounge in the evenings. We spent a lot of time playing crazy golf, foot golf, pitch and putt, the putting green and the bowling green. We also went to the park, again a short walk away. The beach is wonderful for walking and fossil hunting. The sunsets are stunning. The RSPB reserve at Titchwell Marsh is worth a visit, as is the Sealife Centre. We recommend the Northgate Indian restaurant. If you want banter and a Belgian bun bigger than your head, go to Mr Bun the Baker!

Echo other comments that this is the best location we have found in Wells. Quiet, good parking, really close to Nisa for shopping, Coop supermarket, Staithe Street shops and the very dog friendly Crown Hotel. Booked a 6.30pm dog friendly table in the bar and we had a very good birthday dinner (not for Cleo!). French's Fish & Chip shop on the quay, pine woods and beach walks have been family favourites for George's family for many years (brought up in Fakenham). But it was our first time today in Holkham Hall grounds - enjoyed the walking, wildlife, cafe - all for £5 parking, no other entrance fee.

Had a wonderful stay and will be back. Visited Hunstanton, Cromer, Brancaster to see the seals/ Love Wells and Holkham beach. The Ostrich restaurant a few doors down is fantastic. Cannot recommend enough, great spot to stay as local to all beaches. Had good weather all week so the pup enjoyed many hours visiting long beaches. Fresh seafood at Blakeney also worth a visit and if you like nature go to Cley to bird sanctuary - all dog friendly. Cannot wait to book again and will be coming back for October Farmers Market and fingers crossed for Christmas Market!

Seashells is a beautiful home. We had a lovely stay. It’s perfect for location in a quiet cul-de-sac, everything in Wells is within walking distance. We just had the ground floor as there was only the two of us and our dog. It’s modern, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Lovely welcome goodies from the owners. The garden is a good size and totally enclosed. Some days the weather wasn’t great but it didn’t spoil our holiday because we were happy to stay in and relax. We couldn’t fault anything and would return without hesitation.

Sad to be leaving after a wonderful weeks stay. The owner could not have been better, so helpful and accommodating (thanks for the great Welcome gifts). House is a real home from home with everything needed. Really clean, tidy and well furnished. Great location and Wells is beautiful. Amazing beach walks for us and the dog. We are touring the UK for a couple of months before heading to Europe to find a new home. So glad to have found Seashells and we will return when visiting the UK. Thank you.
