We have loved our stay at Chart House. It is in a great location, a short stroll to the magnificent beaches and the many amenities in this charming coastal town. Every aspect of the house has been beautifully curated with great care and maintained to the highest standard. We very much appreciated the many luxurious touches, the attention to detail and the fully equipped kitchen. Thank you so much for the welcome hamper and for your thoughtful follow-ups to ensure we were fully settled in. Access to long term parking arrangement made journeys very easy and our dog Otto loved curling up in his ‘corner’ of the kitchen/dining room after long walks. Let’s start with the positives, the property was mostly cleaned to a high standard, beds were exceptionally comfortable and clean. Kids bedroom is lovely. Upstairs bathroom, lovely roll top bath. Downstairs bedroom wasn’t very clean - needed a hood hoover before we arrived (carpet had thick black dog hair present as we arrived). Downstairs bathroom and kitchen were very dated and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned to our expectations on arrival. The lounge was comfortable, but again just not quite there as far as furnishings and finish. Location is perfect for exploring, minutes walk from centre, loads of restaurants and beaches. Overall a reasonable property, though a little overpriced for the quality in comparison to other places we have stayed.

Chart House provided us with some fabulous memories. We spent a bank holiday weekend with my husband, stepson (16) and parents. It did not fault. There is so much break-out space, decked out impeccably. A top-floor games room is excellent for the young ones and separate lounges work wonderfully for when the football is on!! The welcome hamper was gorgeous, full-fat milk, sourdough bread, welsh salty butter, welsh cakes and chocolate sponge cake - all needed after walking the stunning coastal path. We love Ty Cwtch.
Itâs spotlessly clean and so cosy with beautiful furnishings and everything you could need for a perfect holiday. The beds are super comfy and the little garden is perfect for four legged friends and to enjoy sitting out in. Excellent location with beaches, shops and pubs within minutes walk. Out of peak season itâs usually easy to park on the street for free nearby, but plenty of car parks close when busy. This is our second stay and weâd definitely come back and recommend Ty Cwtch for a perfect stay in beautiful Tenby.

Modern house, exceptionally clean and comfortable.
Close to beach and shops. Great courtyard for dogs too. Only issue we had was getting a parking fine for parking in residents only space outside the house. We thought as we were living in the house we could park there - we were wrong. Shame the permit canât be left for guest use to avoid this happening. Very difficult to get a non resident space in the street if you have been out for the day as they were limited to just a few. Even surrounding streets were the same. We ended up parking in a pay and display car park.
