Guests say

Sea Dream in St Ives is a well-regarded property, praised for its great location, stunning sea views, and well-equipped facilities. Guests appreciate the property's cleanliness, comfort, and the thoughtful touches provided, although some noted areas for improvement in maintenance and housekeeping. The proximity to beaches and the town centre, along with parking, are frequently highlighted as key benefits.

Most guests found Sea Dream to be spotless and well-presented. However, a few reviews mentioned issues with dust, dirty crockery, and a need for a deeper clean in some areas, which slightly lowers the score.

The property's location is highly praised for its proximity to beaches and the town centre, with stunning sea views. The steep hills were noted but did not significantly detract from the overall positive feedback.

Guests consistently mention the property's comfort, including cosy spots, comfortable beds, and a well-furnished setting. Some concerns about the lounge temperature and the size of the TVs in additional rooms were noted.

The property is celebrated for its high-tech facilities and well-equipped kitchen. However, some guests reported maintenance issues such as a broken blind and a dishwasher problem, which suggests room for improvement.

While many reviews express satisfaction with the property's amenities and some thoughtful touches, there is no consistent mention of gifts or welcome packs to accurately assess this category.

Well equipped kitchen and spacious living area/bedrooms. Parking for 2 larger cars was a squeeze but manageable. Not particularly clean under sofa’s etc. Retrieving Childrens toys from under sofa’s/units was thick muck and dust, but won’t put us off rebooking…

Bed linen and towels were spotless but the house needs a deep clean (the bathroom especially). It’s very dusty (top of lamps / staircase etc hadn’t been done. The fridge had a very offensive smell (sour milk) when we arrived so I cleaned it before filling with our food. The crockery and glasswear were dirty - these need to be checked before new guests arrive. We hand washed the items before using them as there was grainy residue on the glasses and so forth. It would be an idea to leave salt / pepper / washing up liquid for guests (thank you for biscuits and apple juice).

The property was of a high standard of maintenance, very clean and comfortable, with a modern interior. We would hope to stay again.
