Guests say

Guests generally enjoyed their stay at Tremar, praising its spaciousness, good value, and ideal location for exploring Cornwall's coast. The enclosed garden and proximity to the beach were appreciated, especially by dog owners. The property's modern amenities and quiet setting contributed to a relaxing holiday experience.

While many guests found Tremar to be clean and well-kept, some noted issues with dust, dirty cutlery, and floors. These instances seem to be exceptions rather than the rule, but they have impacted the overall perception of cleanliness.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to beaches, scenic walks, and local amenities. The convenience of being able to walk to attractions and the quiet neighbourhood are consistently mentioned as positives.

Most guests found the property comfortable, with special mentions of comfy beds and a warm, homely feel. However, some guests suggested improvements to the mattresses and sofa comfort, slightly affecting the score.

The property is well-equipped with modern facilities, ample parking, and a secure garden. Some guests mentioned minor issues such as a non-working oven and the need for additional outdoor seating, which suggests room for improvement in maintenance.

There are mixed mentions of a welcome pack, with some guests expecting one upon arrival. As it is not consistently provided or referenced, it is not possible to accurately score thoughtfulness based on the available reviews.

Everything is provided for you except food and clothes ! Just a thought it would be good to put some sort of guard along bottom of gate for small dogs as the gap is quite big but we really enjoyed this lovely , spacious bungalow. Definitely would recommend
