This could not be repaired during our stay. The bedroom over the boiler room/ den was noisy due to the ‘plant’heating, solar inverter whirring. The main issue as per the complaint is mould in the main bedroom. It is not acceptable to be renting out a property that is potentially a health hazard. Cleaning around the headboard did not get rid of damp spores right by your head. Mould was also in the dressing closet by the clothes rail and this wasn’t cleaned. It should not be rented out until the issue is resolved

We requested a travel cot, and were advised to bring bed linen, which was fine, however no mattress was provided, which took us by surprise as I wouldn't typically class a cot matress as bed linen. In addition, no hand soap in any bathroom, or cleaning spray for the work tops. This was disappointing as we had to go out and purchase this, when I'd usually have expected this as a minimum. In addition, no shower working in the main bathroom for the entire duration of the stay, which was disappointing; there were showers in the ensuites however not every member of our party had access to an en suite. That aside the property was spacious, and well maintained. The hot tub was also cleaned very regularly, which was impressive. Views from the property were stunning.

The property was perfect for our family holiday, large bedrooms with comfortable beds, one bedroom separate from the others gave my daughter some privacy with her new baby. Lovely fully fitted kitchen with everything you would need, a large dining area and plenty lounge areas to enjoy time together.Private parking was ideal and the rear outdoor space was fantastic.
