1/.Single bed is positioned so that between mattress & wall THERE IS A FT. WIDE GAP DOWN WHICH I FELL TWICE DURING THE NIGHT WHILST ASLLEP. 2/. Bed STORAGE DRAW is BROKEN 3/. SHOWER WAS RED HOT & tap adjustment DID NOT ALTER SETTING. 4/. l also SLIPPED IN THE SHOWER because there was NO SHOWER MAT so l went & bought one! 5/. KITCHEN TAP WAS HANGING OFF 6/. Appartment has NO WASHING MACHINE which is ESSENTIAL IF CHILDREN ARE STAYING)! 7/. COMPLIMENTARY BISCUITS WERE COMPLETELY STALE ! 8/. " SALT & PEPPER were just 2 TINY 'cafe' sachets * SO l added these BASIC ESSENTIALS to MY shopping LIST!. 9/. The OVEN CLOCK NEEDED SETTING FOR OVEN TO WORK. There was NO INFO 4 this & we UNSUCCESSFULLY spent an HOUR trying to amend it! 10/. ALL COAT HOOKS & SHELVES were TOO HIGH to reach for anyone UNDER 5 FT. 11/ Our reason for a second visit was because of THE SEA VIEW which is its big draw.

Very pleasant apartment with lovely views.
Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. 4 adults would be a bit tight - the second bedroom only has room for the two beds although there is ample storage space underneath them. However, there is a large hanging rail with plenty of hangers in the main bedroom. For anyone who prefers to buy their own food rather than rely on take-aways the fridge is a little small and icebox very limited. No freezer. However, shops are just a few minutes away. For anyone who doesn't know Scarborough (and we didn't) this flat is facing North Bay - much quieter than South Bay with it's amusement arcades etc. The parking permits provided were extremely helpful - we were able to park for free outside the apartment without an issue, but obviously at a quiet time of year. Owners were responsive and helpful via mobile and the place was spotlessly clean and well equipped with plenty of cutlery and crockery etc. Lots of games for any children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the storms !

Perfect for a holiday in Scarborough for 2/3 people. Apartment has everything you need kitchen wise and a nice hospitality pack of coffee,tea,sugar and biscuits is a nice touch. Unlike some places the keys and parking tokens arrived at my home well in advance. This gave me the benefit of leaving home early and parking up outside the building by 9.00am and enjoying my first day without having to worry about where to leave the car. Spoke to the owner a couple of times before the holiday and she was most helpful. Did not need to contact during the holiday as all was absolutely spot on. Wifi was excellent. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom was lovely with great shower facilities and for the ladies a nice deep bath for the bath bomb! Have always found south cliffs a quiet location and this was no exception with good sleep quality. One of the best i have stayed in in Scarborough and great value in this day and age of rip off prices. Thankyou and I WILL be back.

We have stayed at Easby Hall four other times but never at this apartment. We were met by the caretaker, Chris, who gave us a lovely, friendly welcome and took us through the apartment in a very comprehensive way. All the apartments in the building have a different configuration so it was very helpful to be guided through things, especially things like which windows opened ( they are large sash windows and so it’s important not to force them). The property is very bright and spacious and was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. We had varied weather and it was cosy and warm on cold, wet days but bright and airy on hot ones. It was the best apartment we have stayed in in that building and we will certainly return.

This is the second time staying here. We have been holidaying in Scarborough nearly 50 years and this is one of the nicest holiday apartments we’ve stayed in. The location is brilliant! Always stayed on the south cliff. There’s shops just round the corner. The cliff lift at the bottom of the road which takes you to the beach and spa but you also have access to the seafront bus which takes you all the way to the sealife centre and Scalby. The beautiful Italian gardens are only 10 mins walk and It’s only 15 minutes walk into the town centre! The apartment itself has everything you need and is beautifully decorated which makes it so cosy. It has a lift which is ideal as I stay with my elderly mum. I can’t recommend it enough.
