What our customers say about their holidays

    • Mr Beattie - Verified booking

Excellent cottage, nothing has been spared by the owners, from the welcome pack to the " doggy basket". Cleanliness is of the highest standard, appliances are all top of the range, beds and bedding are very comfortable. There is a fantastic range of outdoor and indoor games to suit the whole family and a massive paddock to tire out the most energetic of pets and children. The hot tub was in almost constant use as was the barbecue and outdoor pizza oven. If you are looking for a spacious cottage with loads of seating inside and out and a very welcoming feel to it then the Coach House is for you. Kevin, the owner, was available to deal with any queries without being intrusive in any way. I would highly recommend the property to anyone, we were a party of 8 adults and 4 children and none of us had any complaints. A fantastic holiday enjoyed by all.

This is a gorgeous cottage. The owners have gone to great lengths to make it a very welcome retreat, with lots of lovely touches throughout, including the welcome pack. The common areas and sofas are fabulous and very conducive to both lazy starts and late night chats. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms have lots of space. The property is very clean and all the kitchen appliances are great, including the numerous glasses to allow for celebrations. The hot tub was a great addition (and the spare towels a great extra touch). We spent the weekend at the cottage as a group of 11 ladies celebrating 40 years of friendship and all of us would highly recommend it. the owner, was in touch in advance of our visit and we knew he was on hand should any issues have arisen (not that any did). A wonderful weekend.

Really enjoyed our stay at the coach house, its located perfectly for all beaches and lots of very very close amenities. Perfect for large families. Kevin and Karen were really warm hosts, allowed you complete privacy - but just a phone call or text away if needed. They have thought of small touches that make the staycation easier especially if you have children- such as a travel cot, high chair, folding chairs and buckets for the beach. All amenities were very very clean, lots of small well thought through touches and a great welcome basket. The house feels warm and inviting. Would really recommend.

We had a lovely stay at the Coach house. The hosts had gone to such great lengths to ensure every need had been thought of and met. The space was well suited to a large family gathering, toys had been provided for the children. Beds were all very comfortable. Hot tub was a big bonus and the garden was a beautiful space to relax and watch the children play. We would highly recommend this house and we would love to return again in the summer for longer stay.

From start to finish, a flawless experience. The warmth and helpfulness from our hosts gave the whole experience a personal and genuine feel. The conversion of the old stables has been done with immaculate taste. It is a spacious, charming and absolutely unique space. We were very comfortable! Loved the seating area by the huge lawn, and made good use of the pizza oven! An absolutely magical property in a gorgeous part of the world.
